When doing a job you are providing a service and we believe we are to provide as much as possible with our time for the customer. Once a fault is diagnosed we will give all the options for remedy. Once repair is made we check systems basic operations.

We honor all manufactures parts warranties and can get parts for the far majority of pieces of equipment. Parts Warranties do not include diagnosis cost, warranty processing fees, or the labor to perform the repair.

*Will not work on any ductless, mini split, or inverter equipment if installed by a third party company 

We provide free estimates on all Installations.

All Installs will be done up to code and always will be done as if we were in our own houses. All industry standards will be followed and we will constantly be adapting to new standards and industry changes. 

We will provide a two year labor warranty. 

Equipment comes with 10 year manufacture parts warranty on residential systems. 

*Labor warranty does not cover any maintenance related problems nor any pieces of existing components that were kept. 

A one time maintenance that takes approximately an hour. 

$75/ per system

Maintenance Agreements where we come out twice a year, once every 6 months.

$140/ per system $50 off for each additional system

Flush Drain lines, Pan tablets in drain pans, check the following, float & pan switch's, filter's, coil conditions, blower fan motor,  electric heat, system pressures and charge, supply / return air temperatures,  compressor, outdoor fan, capacitor, and rinse condenser coil.

To set up a Commercial Maintenance Contract please call to schedule a time we can come out to gather all information regarding filters, belts, and other equipment requirements.

All Commercial Maintenance Contracts will have to be quoted for depending on the amount of systems and different types of equipment. 

Very similarly to the Residential Maintenance we go through all primary points of a HVAC system maintenance. With Commercial equipment there may be need for additional checks on some systems.
